Register a new user created by an external identity provider
If you are using an external identity provider for user provisioning and the BlastShield Mobile authenticator app for user authentication, then follow this process to register new users once they have been created in the external identity provider. If you are using the SSO of your identity provider for user authentication, then you do not have to perform this step.
New users provisioned by the Identity Provider are registered via the the BlastShield™ registration SSO portal. The BlastShield™ registration URL is unique to your deployment and is specified in the Identity Provider > REGISTRATION PORTAL > Registration URL attribute in the Orchestrator as shown here:

Use the following process to register each user. Registration is a one time process and only requires repeating if you reset a user's authentication status in the Orchestrator.
The new user should open the BlastShield™ Registration URL https://<your-domain>.blastshield.app in their browser.
Click on Sign in.
Then login with the regular company SSO credentials.
Scan the displayed QR code with the authenticator app.
Complete the biometric check when prompted.
The user will then be registered on the BlastShield™ network.
